Fruitful Pursuits: Plum 2022

6.8% ABV

Fruitful Pursuits Plum is a Mixed Fermentation blend refermented on freshly picked plums. For 2022 we used hundreds of kilograms of Damson and President plums grown in the Okanagan and supplied by our good friends Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels referments on the fruit for 2 months resulting in robust plum flavours, subtle baking spice notes, and a beautiful rose colour. This is highlighted by a balanced tart acidity and velvety plum skin tannins. We hope you like it!

Mon Chester is a Mixed Fermentation blend featuring the unique characteristics of Sicilian red wine barrels. The beer is fermented in these incredibly flavourful barrels for 24 months which imparts a huge amount of the bright fruity flavours from these warm weather Sicilian red wines.
