Fruitful Pursuits: Plum 2022
6.8% ABV
Fruitful Pursuits Plum is a Mixed Fermentation blend refermented on freshly picked plums. For 2022 we used hundreds of kilograms of Damson and President plums grown in the Okanagan and supplied by our good friends Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels referments on the fruit for 2 months resulting in robust plum flavours, subtle baking spice notes, and a beautiful rose colour. This is highlighted by a balanced tart acidity and velvety plum skin tannins. We hope you like it!
Mon Chester
6.8% ABV
Mon Chester is a Mixed Fermentation blend featuring the unique characteristics of Sicilian red wine barrels. The beer is fermented in these incredibly flavourful barrels for 24 months which imparts a huge amount of the bright fruity flavours from these warm weather Sicilian red wines. These flavours caught the attention of our good friend Tom Chester so much that we named the beer after him. The result is a beer with bombastic raspberry fruitiness, juicy citrus, rose water aromatics, and candy like intensity. These flavours are highlighted by a bright, tart acidity and fleeting dry finish.

This clean lager has a bright gold colour with a heavy floral aroma of honeysuckle. The low bitterness lends itself to a honey like flavour with a crisp finish. Rob’s best friend from Germany, Fabian, designed this beer and helped us install our brewhouse. You’re a legend brü.

It finishes with drying tannins and subtle fennel notes, highlighted by a balanced medium acidity. We hope you like it.
Lil’ Broski

Of the many beers we’ve served there, Bro has been a particular fan favourite, so together we decided to do a summer version with a lower ABV. Notes of coffee, chocolate and roasty malt dominate this crushable beer.
Astra Primursa

Astra Primursa is the third release in the Dry Hop Series. This blend of one, two, three and four year old mixed-fermentation barrels is a collision of two worlds: old world East Kent Goldings and new world Amarillo. The result is juicy grapefruit, tropical starfruit, and marmalade hop character balanced by a full, round texture and medium-high acidity.
