9x375ml Barrel-Fermented Beers
These beers were made via fermentation in barrels, using both Spontaneous and Mixed Fermentation techniques. Some of these secret beers have been sitting in Santa's cellar for years, maturing and developing additional complexity, and winning awards along the way!
3x500ml Barrel-Aged Beers
These secret beers are the last three beers made at The Market! They were fermented in stainless steel, then aged for many months in the finest spirits barrels, and are perfect for keeping the chill away on cold winter nights!
Pre-order now and your box will ship on December 1. If you choose taproom pickup at checkout your box will be ready starting December 4.
