We pack every order with care in specially designed boxes, so your beer arrives safely. If something shows up broken or damaged, let us know within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace the damaged bottles free of charge or issue a refund—your choice. Just send an email to info@blindenthusiasm.ca and we’ll help make it right. No fuss, just good beer!

We offer free pick up for your online order at The Blind Enthusiasm taproom during regular business hours. The address is:

Please note that pick-up orders need to be transferred to the taproom and are usually ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email from us notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email confirmation and government-issued ID when you come to pick up your order.
All orders are processed and shipped on every Monday and Thursday. For example, if you place an order on Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday for delivery that week. This ensures that orders can be delivered without delays over the weekend, helping maintain optimal conditions during transit.

Due to the nature of our products, there may be times during summer or winter months when we choose to delay shipping to avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures. We aim to maintain optimal temperatures during transit using hot and cold packs when necessary. Any delays in shipment due to temperature concerns will be communicated via email as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped with age verification and signature required on delivery. If the recipient appears to be under 25, the courier will request photo identification to confirm their age, along with a signature. The minimum age requirement is set by Blind Enthusiasm based on the minimum legal drinking age in the delivery region.
Proof of age is required from the individual receiving the package, regardless of whether they are the addressee.
