Pitt County BBQ is taking over The Monolith taproom to serve up smoked beef sandwiches!
Pitt County BBQ will be serving up Italian Beef sandwiches as well as Beef & Cheddar sandwiches, both made with slow-smoked beef chuck, shaved onto custom buns from Bread + Butter bakery. You can take your sandwich to-go, or pull up a stool and enjoy it to stay alongside a spontaneously-fermented beer. No tickets are required, and no reservations are available. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
Join us in Calgary for a tasting of a limited release beer made in partnership with Kensington Wine Market. This dark lager was aged in a single barrel of bourbon for 8 months.
Chef Tony will prepare a delicious four couse meal to be paired with the Blind Enthusiasm beers, to make for a truly unique event.
