What's included?

Grand Manifesto — 7.5% ABV: A spontaneous beer that spent extra time in barrels, with fulfilling depth and complexity, with bright fruitiness complemented by subtle salinity and savoury nuttiness, a round acidity and soft tannin.

One Night In Sicily — 6% ABV: A beer is inspired by two past releases: we used the unique base wort from One Night in Dunham and fermented for 2 years in second use Marsala barrels from Sojourn in Sicily. Expect light nuttiness and cinnamon aromatics, with dried cherry and citrus peel, subtle vanilla and maple marsala flavours.

Fruitful Pursuits: Apple 2024 — 7.3% ABV: An exciting blend Ambrosia, Granny Smith and Macintosh apples brings bright, floral, and ripe apple flavours, with a tart, drying and juicy acidity reminiscent of champagne.
