Plum 2019 is the first fruited beer we produced, and the beginning of our Fruitful Pursuits series, and this case is the only way to experience this expertly cellared vintage for yourself.

All three vintages are blends of Mixed Fermentation barrels, which are refermented on hundreds of kilograms of President and Damson plums from our friends at Steve & Dan's Fresh BC Fruit. Expect robust plum and subtle baking spice flavours and tart acidity.

All three vintages were made via mixed fermentation, where the wort was inoculated by a house blend of microorganisms.
