So interesting and delicious! Very enthusiastic guide.
I saved this until my friends, who I worked at a brewery with, could come over. We split the bottle 4 ways and everyone loved it. I will not be splitting future bottles. Upon realizing I didn't get to have all 4 glasses, the absolute belief that they did not appreciate the beer like I did took over me and I found within myself the most jealous creature. My friends are lovely yet banal folk whose goblin-esque palette is insufficient to succor this lambic nectar with adequate appreciation. I shall arrange for a girls night out for this homes other occupant. I will then be alone, save for the cat to keep watch, as I indulge, appropriately, this bottled bliss. Every. Last. Glass.
Zach was fabulous and the story behind the company was fascinating.
This tour was the absolute best way to learn about this very unique beer brewing process. We were all impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of our host. Highly recommend!
Genuinely the best beer I've ever had. Moving away from Edmontons Monolith where these are on tap was a poor life choice - so having a few bottles cellaring is the closest I'll get. I enjoy making my own beers and can only hope to approach the gold standard that is Blind Enthusiams lambic, spontaneous fermented lineup.
Send me your yeast plz
The beer opens with a beautiful expressive, plum character, ripe dark fruit aromatics that feel naturally rather than sugary. The fruit carries cleanly onto the pallet at first, however, as the finish begins the tannins surge forward, drying the mouth. A must if you love sours.
Zach our tour guide was so informative and the whole process was fascinating. We had a great time and the tastings were delicious.
I'm so very impressed every time I deal with the staff at Blind Enthusiasm. The responsiveness, service and value of the club cannot be overstated.
We had a great experience and learned a ton about the process of how this beer is made. It was highly engaging and the beer was very enjoyable!
The Magnum Club adds an appreciable enjoyment of Blind Enthusiasm beverages. Introducing friends and family to the social value of this larger format, creates a wonderful community table experience of sharing and delight.
Great tour! Our guide, Zach, was very knowledgable and entertaining and a pleasure to listen to. We had a lot of fun!
I toured the brewery yesterday with a group of friends. We greatly enjoyed the most generous samples and were very intrigued by Blindman’s products and processes. Zack was an excellent host, you’d never find a more loyal and passionate employee. Hang onto him!
Monolith's signature blend and tartness of fruit make a great combo. Cherry is a particularly symbiotic choice.
We love this beer so much that we opened a magnum of it at Christmas in lieu of champagne - delicious!
Very nice brewery tour, lots of information is given and shown. When you show up they provide a welcome drink while you wait, which is nice. I will be recommending this to my friends!
Great value and very interesting tour with Greg. We enjoyed seeing the entire brewery, learning about the process and sampling some of the beers. The staff were so friendly and we could tell Greg is very passionate about this style of beer and stays true to it. This is something special in this town, if you're into beer, book a tour, totally worth it.
What a great tour, very informative! The beers we tasted were all amazing. Highly recommend!
Great tour, very informative about the unique processes, Zack was great!
Been on a few different tours over the years at different breweries and this is one of the better ones. Good guide, interesting and good beer to try at the end.
Interesting and informative tour with tastings at the end.We had a blast.
