Now Hiring – Part Time Servers/Bartenders

Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company is looking for a part-time Server/Bartender to join
our taproom team. This role is ideal for someone who loves beer, enjoys talking about it, and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience. You don’t need to be a certified beer expert—but curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about our unique beer and brewery are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
• Pour and serve beer according to Blind Enthusiasm service standards
• Guide guests through our beer and food menu and help them discover offerings they’ll enjoy
• Take orders and serve beverages and food/snack items
• Using product expertise, sell and recommend additional suitable products to customers including beer off sales and merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Support taproom events, tastings, and tours as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the taproom and brewery team

Qualifications

• Experience: Prefer 1-2 years front of house experience
• Interest in craft beer (knowledge is a plus, but we’ll provide extensive training)
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• ProServe certification (required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
