Blind Enthusiasm is one of the most interesting and one of my favourite products coming out of Western Canada. Their product range combines effort, rigorous attention to detail and overall drinkability across all labels. All while paying respect to some of the oldest and most traditional methods of brewing and fermentation.
We love to use it at the Chateau as something to bridge the storytelling gap between wine drinkers, beer drinkers and cider drinkers alike.
