On October 24, 2026 we’re going to be hosting a very special day at our brewery – our second annual Open Brew Day! It’s a free, community focused event that will allow fans of our beer to join us as we brew. Enjoy this rare opportunity to get behind the scenes and watch us brew a batch of our beer that will be fermented in barrels and eventually blended into one of our bottle releases. We’re very excited to have you join us and get behind the scenes as we brew.
The Open Brew Day will be taking place at Blind Enthusiasm's brewery at 9919-78th Ave. Stop by any time between 8:30am and 6pm for a self-guided tour of the brewery. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions you might have, and snacks, coffee and a beer sample of a new release will be available!
*while wort may not sound particularly appetizing it’s actually the delicious result of the mashing process. It’s a sweet and malty drink that goes exceptionally well with croissants and similar pastries. Doug had the opportunity to enjoy this tradition when he worked at Cantillon in Brussels whenever they brewed. We want to share it with you.
