Our Fruitful Pursuits series showcases a variety of fruits and how they complement the characteristics of Spontaneous and Mixed Fermentation blends. After carefully blending 1 to 4 year barrels, we add hundreds of kilos of fruit and referment for an additional 2 months. We work closely with our friends at Steve & Dan's Fresh BC Fruit to source the highest quality fruits from them and the farmers they work with. The Fruitful Pursuits Box gives you an opportunity to experience the range of our fruited beer program. We hope you like it!

Fruitful Pursuits: Shiro Plum 2023

Fruitful Pursuits: Shiro Plum 2023 is one of our latest releases in the Fruitful Pursuits series. It's a blend of Mixed Fermentation barrels refermented on hundreds of kilograms of Shiro Plums. This unique variety of plum adds subtle spice, floral, candy and fresh flavours and aromas. It brings delicate texture with a velvety tannin structure that lightly coats the palate, complimented by the tart, juicy acidity balancing the blend. We hope you like it!

Fruitful Pursuits: Peach 2023

Fruitful Pursuits Peach 2023 is our second release in the Fruitful Pursuits series for 2025. It is a blend of Spontaneous and Mixed Fermentation barrels, refermented on organic Angela Peaches. The concentrated peach aromatics and subtle herbaceousness evoke characteristics of classic white wines, complemented by a texture that is reminiscent of fuzzy peach skins. The bright acidity enhances the juiciness of the fruit and light tannin. We hope you like it!

Fruitful Pursuits: Cherry 2023

Fruitful Pursuits Cherry 2023 is a blend of 1, 2 & 3 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels refermented on hundreds of kilograms of Okanagan sour cherries. This cherry variety of unknown heritage was supplied by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend showcases the full spectrum of character from the fruit and pits. The result is a stunning, ruby red colour, with pronounced baking spice and marzipan flavour, and a rich, coating texture and acidity.

Fruitful Pursuits: Riesling 2022

Fruitful Pursuits: Riesling 2022 is a Spontaneous Fermentation blend refermented on hundreds of kilograms of the highest quality Riesling grapes grown by Nathan Goltz in the Similkameen Valley and supplied by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. This award-winning hybrid of beer and wine showcases the complexity of Spontaneous Fermentation, while the grapes bring citrus, apple, light pepper & floral flavours, highlighted by wine-like acidity, round texture, and subtle tannin.

Fruitful Pursuits: Apricot 2023

Fruitful Pursuits Apricot 2023 is a blend of 2, 3 & 4 year red wine barrels that spent 2 months refermenting with hundreds of kilograms of fully ripe apricots. The flavour and aroma have an apricot jam intensity highlighted by light cinnamon and marzipan character. The texture is round and coats the palate, complimented by the bright fruity acidity and stone fruit esters of the blend.

Fruitful Pursuits: Quince 2023

Fruitful Pursuits: Quince 2022 is a blend of Mixed & Spontaneous Fermentation barrels refermented on hundreds of kilograms of Quince. This unique fruit was suggested to us by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit and has become a favourite, and adds a punchy floral, honey, and pear-like flavour and aroma. It brings exceptional texture with a full and velvety tannin structure that coats the palate, complimented by the poppy acidity and ester fruitiness of the blend.
