Our quintessential spontaneous blend, Spontaneous Manifesto is made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, and each year we release a new vintage. The result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple and citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity.

Spontaneous Manifesto is our most awarded beer. The 2022 vintage won Bronze at the World Beer Cup, and the 2023 vintage won a gold medal at the Concours International de Lyon and silver at the World Beer Cup®, and Canada Gold at the World Beer Awards!
