Measure of Patience 2019

Our first ever batch, reflecting the effort and focus during our 5 year journey to release our first beer from our brewery, the Monolith. It has a medium-light acidity with a balanced and bright stone fruit character.

One Night In Dunham 2020

This collaboration with our friends from Twin Sails Brewing started one fateful night in the town of Dunham. We were lodged together in a house on a hill, for Brasserie Dunham's Foudres Unis festival. After sharing a few beers, the plan for this collab was hatched! We departed from our usual base wort, opting to include Cara Aroma and Munich malts. After fermenting for 16 months in Spanish red wine barrels the resulting blend has medium acidity, bright red fruit notes, light wine tannin, and a dry finish.

Fruitful Pursuits: Plum 2019

This was our first Fruitful Pursuits beer! It was refermented on kilograms of freshly harvested Damson and President Okanagan plums, this beer has a bright ruby-purple colour, plum character, and a balanced acidity.

Dry Hop Series: Mentis Oculi 2020

the second release in the Dry Hop Series. Old World Tettnang and New World Simcoe, two wildly different hops, blend delightfully to dry hop this beer. The result is honey floral, ripe papaya, and light menthol hop character balanced by a full, round texture and medium-light acidity.

Substantially Complete 2019

Substantially Complete is fermented using a house-blend of microorganisms in French oak barrels for one year. It was bottle-conditioned for seven months before release. It has a medium acidity and a bold peach and citrus fruit character.

Our first dry hopped beer! We dry hopped this blend with French hops Mistral and Barbe Rouge, for a beer with red berry flavour and bright, light acidity.
