We’re excited to announce that Blind Enthusiasm was one of the most successful breweries in both the 2024 World Beer Cup® and Concours International de Lyon. Judges awarded three medals to barrel-fermented beers from our brewery, The Monolith, at each competition, the most of any Canadian brewery.

World Beer Cup®

Known as “the Olympics of beer,” the World Beer Cup® is the most prestigious beer competition in the world, judging beers from 2,060 breweries across 50 countries. Judges awarded one gold, one silver and one bronze to to beers from Blind Enthusiasm’s specialized mixed and spontaneous fermentation brewery, The Monolith. Seventeen total medals were awarded to Canadian breweries at the competition.

Concours International de Lyon

The Concours International de Lyon is another of the most well known and respected competitions on the planet, judging over 10,700 beers from 49 countries. Blind Enthusiasm is honoured to have been awarded three gold medals in this competition. These wins follow up two golds and a silver that Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company was awarded at previous iterations of the Concours International de Lyon.
