Dec. 1st RELEASE — Fruitful Pursuits Plum is a Mixed Fermentation blend refermented on freshly picked plums. For 2022 we used hundreds of kilograms of Damson and President plums grown in the Okanagan and supplied by our good friends Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels refermented on the fruit for 2 months resulting in robust plum flavours, subtle baking spice notes, and a beautiful rose colour.This is highlighted by a balancedtart acidity and velvety plum skintannins.
Our team processed hundreds of kilograms of plums back in September of 2022.

Launch Experience

Be the first to try Fruitful Pursuits: Plum at the launch experience. Enjoy a pour of this new release alongside a sample of the 2019 vintage, so that you can compare the two and see how the cellaring impacts the flavours of our beers. We will be serving up a pairing dish of Glazed pork belly with fresh plums and a fennel and apple salad. Our talented kitchen team designed this dish to pair perfectly with the fruit notes and acidity of the beer.
