May 11th RELEASE — Astra Primursa is the third release in the The Monolith’s Dry Hop Series. This blend of one, two, three and four year old mixed-fermentation barrels is a collision of two worlds: old world East Kent Goldings and new world Amarillo. These two wildly different hops meld delightfully to dry hop this beer. The result is juicy grapefruit, tropical starfruit, and marmalade hop character balanced by a full, round texture and medium-high acidity.

Be the first to try Astra Primursa at this launch experience hosted by Greg, Blind Enthusiasm’s owner, and Doug, The Monolith’s head brewer. We’ll be opening our taproom for a small group of attendees to enjoy a tasting of this new beer. Get your ticket today and join us any time between 5 and 8pm on Wednesday, May 3rd. You’ll get a discount on your bottles to go, and our taproom chef is preparing a special dish to pair with this complex beer.
