April 13th RELEASE — Bière de Gascony is a mixed-fermentation blend that spent 24 months in Armagnac barrels before being carefully selected for this beer. The Armagnac barrels used in this beer originated in Gascony, France. The blend displays a combination of berry fruit notes and savoury depth with elements of leather and tobacco. It has medium acidity and a dry finish showcasing a combination of subtle baking spice and oaky tannins.
