Feb. 16th RELEASE — We’re on the verge of releasing our first barrel-fermented beer of 2023! Sojourn in Sicily is a Mixed Fermentation blend featuring unique characteristics imparted by Sicilian Marsala barrels. The beer fermented in the Marsala barrels for 20 months before being blended. This blend is the first led by our brewer Ian “Nar” Nawrot who has been with the brewery since the start. The result is a robust beer with subtle red berry and rose water aromatics, savoury walnut and maple flavours, which are amplified by a medium high acidity. We hope you like it!
