On Sunday, June 5th we’ll be hosting Uncommon Cider at The Monolith! Our pals Brodie and Jordon will be pouring all of our collaborations, even a few that we haven’t released yet! Join us from 2–5pm to taste some cider, fruit wine and graf. Bottles and cans will be available to-go, so you can take a few of these hard-to-find bevies home to stock your cellar.
Since 2016, Uncommon Cider has been producing craft cider from 100% pressed apple and fruit juice. As the first urban craft cider company in Calgary, they do not compromise on quality and continue to experiment and try new things. Blind Enthusiasm and Uncommon Cider’s friendship is based on a common love of wild and complex libations that are barrel-fermented and artfully blended to perfection.
We’ve released two collaborations so far, a sparkling cherry wine and a cherry apple cider. On Sunday you can taste these treats as well as a variety of yet-to-be-released bottles of cider, as well as graf, a unique beer/cider hybrid using beer from The Monolith!
No tickets are required for this event. We operate on a first come, first serve basis, with no reservations available. Bottles are available to-go.
