A 5 course pairing dinner designed by Biera’s Chef Davina to pair with 5 special Blind Enthusiasm beers!

Join us on February 21st for an evening of delicious beer carefully paired with delightful food. Our first ever Blind Enthusiasm pairing dinner showcases the brewery’s range of special beers, paired with 5 courses of carefully sourced, inventive food by Biera’s Head Chef Davina Moraiko.

This dinner will be hosted by the owner of Blind Enthusiasm and Biera, Greg Zeschuk. Beers from The Monolith will be explored, with insights into the truly unique mixed and spontaneous fermentation technique from The Monolith’s head brewer Doug Checknita. Beers from our Market brewery will be featured, including a selection from our barrel-aged program, with anecdotes from Market head brewer Rob Monk.
