The Biera Holiday Market is now open for the holiday season! It’s a pop-up shop by Biera, our neighbourhood restaurant. Located in the Ritchie Market’s Bottle Room, the shop is paradise for the food lover, and has everything you need to create a Biera experience at home. You’ll shop a selection of Biera’s favourite condiments, like rosehip sambal, fermented beer honey and apple serrano hot sauce. Holiday kits are also available, so your winter nights at home can include fondu, tartiflette, mulled wine, apple cider and more! You can take cheese home with you too, as the team at Biera has made some of their favourite cheeses available, and selected Blind Enthusiasm beer pairings for each.
All of our bottles are available in-store, from bottle-conditioned lagers to barrel-fermented ales. You can also grab brewery merch for the beer fan, like glassware, bottle cradles and bottle openers. The Holiday Market also features goods from some of our favourite local partners. You’ll find Meuwly’s charcuterie, and natural, biodynamic, low-intervention wines from Garneau Block, one of Canada’s leading wine distributors. The store also features JACEK Chocolate Couture, Canadian-made clothing by Flannel Foxes, and holiday cards by Homework Letterpress Studio. It’s the one-stop shop for local, ethical and delicious goods this holiday season.
