Can you believe it’s been five years since we opened the restaurant and brewery at Biera? To celebrate we’re hosting the inaugural Meadows Day! Join us for a day full of delicious barrel-aged beer and special food pairings.
What is happening at each location?
Biera
12–9pm
These dark lagers were brewed at our Market Brewery, which is located adjacent to the Biera dining room! They were aged in the barrel room upstairs at the Market, so Biera’s connection to these beers runs deep. We’ll have bottles of all three new beers available to-go or to stay. Chef Christine and the team at Biera will be creating special food pairings for these barrel-aged dark lagers.
The Monolith
2–8pm
All three Meadows bottles will be available to-go at The Monolith’s taproom, where you can also enjoy a pour to stay. We’ll have a cask of Buffalo Meadows on the beer engine too!
Biera Market
11am–5pm
If you’re an early bird, get your beer at the Biera Market! All three Meadows bottles will be available to go. We’ll also have an extremely limited supply of the 2020 Buffalo Meadows and the sold-out 2022 Baby Buffalo bottles. You don’t want to miss out on the chance to try these hard-to-find vintages!
