Songe d’une Prairie Sauvage
5.0% ABV
This collaboration with our friends from Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel! is a turbid mashed lager, fermented in Spanish red wine barrels then conditioned with Brettanomyces for 8 months. This process results in floral, honey character, with over ripe fruit and light Brettanomyces notes. It picks up subtle wine fruitiness and tannin from the barrels and finishes with a delicate tart acidity.
Nordlichter
3.5% ABV
Light and easy-drinking, floral with a gentle hop character, and light in colour. This lager is made for the patio weather that we're always promised.
BRO
5.9% ABV
This dark ale is deep brown in color, medium-bodied, with a combination of rich chocolate and subtle fruit notes. Dark chocolate blends into raisins, dried cherries, and red currants for a surprisingly dry finish.
Union Bhoys Lager
5.0% ABV
Union Bhoys Lager was brewed in celebration of the Soccer Team Union St-Gilloise in Brussels, Belgium. This lager was brewed with both wheat and barley, giving it a hazy yellow colour. It has floral and melon fruit aromatics, with clean malt, honey dew, and lychee flavours followed by a dry, lightly bitter finish.
ZestyZee
4.2% ABV
ZestyZee, a German-style wheat ale, is our most popular summer beer. It is unfiltered with traditional banana and spice notes, low bitterness, crisp effervescence, and a gently tart, thirst quenching finish. Super-dry and quaffable, this is the ultimate patio beer.
OKT
5.3% ABV
This bright copper lager combines bold stone-fruit notes with complex herbal hopping and balanced bitterness. It finishes dry with lingering herbal and fruit flavors. This beer received a Gold Medal at the 2018 Alberta Brewing Awards.
Extra Special Monk
4.9% ABV
Light, pale malt showcases this freshly dry-hopped ale. Extra Special Monk displays a robust tropical hop profile amplified by a crisp, dry finish and surprisingly low bitterness. Enjoy this blast from the past while we make a few extra ales for summer.
