This Norwegian Farmhouse style beer was brewed at Dandy Brewing Company as a collaboration to honour the legendary explorer Roald Amundsen and his successful expedition to the South Pole. Together, we used a bill of meticulously chosen malts and hops to fully explore the bold and fruity Kveik yeast strain.
This light, hoppy ale is a pale straw colour with a very light haze. The hops give a prominent gooseberry aroma, light-medium bitterness, and a pithy lemon finish. This beer is dry and clean, with bright carbonation. Brewed here at Blind Enthusiasm in collaboration with our friends from the Dandy Brewing Company, this beer showcases all-English ingredients including a new hop variety called Jester.
Brewed at Banded Peak with Lager yeast, this fruity lager is slightly cloudy and straw coloured. Bold berry aromas dominate over a super-clean base maltiness. The gentle maltiness and full-body complements the low bitterness. Blended berry hop notes thread through this beer until its dry finish.

Light and easy-drinking, floral with a gentle hop character, and light in colour. This lager is made for the patio weather that we're always promised.
This copper ale is made with exclusively English malts and hops. Its aroma has a hint of peat smoke over rich fruity malt. It has low bitterness, and the peat builds lowly in the flavor, with round stone fruit notes in balanced finish. This beer was made for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation for a Brewer for a Day auction. One dollar goes to the Foundation for each beer sold.
This crisp clean lager has a bright gold colour with a heavy floral aroma of honeysuckle. The low bitterness lends itself to a honey like flavour with a crisp finish. Rob’s best friend from Germany, Fabian designed this beer and helped us install our brewhouse. You’re a legend brü.
This highly-hopped, cloudy wheat ale is a straw color, with aromas of menthol and ripe fruit. It displays medium bitterness, with flavours of banana and herbal mint. It finishes dry, with lingering spicy bitterness. Whoops was a happy accident where our brewers created a hoppy wheat beer instead of the milder beer they had planned because of an unexpected ingredient change.
