Every week we release a Biera Box, a selection of treats and beer from Biera and Blind Enthusiasm. For Valentine’s Day we’ve made our biggest Biera Boxes ever! An evening with beer, artisan cheese, freshly baked bread and house-made accompaniments is always a good bet, but it’s even more rewarding when you know your purchase helped support a charity working in our community!
For each Biera Box sold for for Valentine’s weekend, $20 will be donated to Operation Friendship, an organization serving Edmonton’s inner city seniors.

The peppery bite of American rye whiskey is tempered beautifully by a sumptuous Cognac-based banana liqueur and lengthened by a bittersweet vermouth from Italy. Just pour into a chilled glass and serve – no garnish necessary! You can also include a Misiyo candle, made locally with beeswax and sustainable coconut wax, and scented a special Valentine’s scent!
