This article in the Daily Beer by Jason Van Rassel covers a lot of ground before we finalized our plans. Most of the staff was in place, but Biera wasn’t named yet, we hadn’t changed the name of our second brewery to The Monolith. Plans were underway, and we were dreaming big (obvious when you see April 2017 mentioned as a possible opening date). All in good fun, but overall a nice article outlining our philosophy and goals.
